This variety of green glazed cherry is used for fruit cakes. It is very moist and sugary. Kosher.
Ing: cherries, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, water, citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, FD&C yellow 5, FD&C blue 1. Preserved with 1/10 of 1% potassium sor- bate, sodium benzoate, and sulfur dioxide.
